About Me

My name is Anna (Dr Agnieszka Anna Pytlowana) and I am a UK-trained and based Clinical Psychologist.

I provide confidential and specialist psychological support for adults struggling with a variety of difficulties from anxiety/depression, self-esteem and relationship challenges, to trauma and bereavement.

Having had psychological and other therapy myself, I know how helpful it is to meet the therapist prior to making a commitment to regular sessions.

I aim to practice in a LGBTQIA+ affirming way. I also consider myself a kink-affirming and sex positive psychologist. My current efforts outside direct therapy to support marginalised communities, include collaborations with the UK Polyamory Association. You can also find me on Pink Therapy’s directory of therapists.

I embrace non-Western wisdom and practices, and so if this is part of your journey and way of nurturing your wellbeing, it will be my priority to honour it and include it in our work as relevant and useful to you.

My session fee for individuals is £120. I don’t routinely offer sessions to more than one individual at a time, although can consider this upon specific requests (with the fee per session being adjusted to £140).

Feel free to request a free 20min telephone or video chat with me.

(Please note that I currently don’t have immediate availability to take on new clients)

“Dr Anna was a pleasure to work with as we facilitated a workshop for members on Money and Emotions. She was clear, concise and highly relatable for the audience, who greatly appreciated her tone, delivery and understandable content. She brilliantly displays her academic credentials whilst ensuring that her delivery is accessible for all. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.” – Zoë Burt, Female Invest
